Conrad, Roseann: 1977

Roseann (Rose Ann, 29) Conrad, aged 20, was strangled on August 20, 1977.  Her husband, Charles Conrad, 42 at the time, was arrested for the crime.  The East Freedom man pleaded innocent and requested a jury trial at his hearing on October 4, 1977 before Judge Robert Campbell.  Conrad was the director of the Altoona Mobile Emergency service.
