Ferguson, Patience:

Patience Ferguson was murdered by Lavelle Richardson outside an Altoona club.  She was 21 at the time.  He was found guilty of first-degree murder in March of 2001.  He appears to have been appealing his sentence ever since.
Lavelle Dawan Richardson remains in Graterford State Correctional Institution in Graterford, Pennsylvania, about 30 miles from Philadelphia.  Graterford is Pennsylvania’s largest maximum security prison.
