Henry, James: 1949

On June 19, 1949, Frank Eller, age 35, shot Henry C. James in the mouth.  Mr. James died at Mercy Hospital that day, and Eller surrendered to police that night.  The murder occurred as the result of a love triangle involving Eller’s wife, Florence.  The couple had been married just three months.  Mr. James was 36 at the time of his death.
