Johnston, James: 1856

Murdered by James Davis at the Hollidaysburg Canal Basin, June 8, 1856.  Victim was aged 46.  The commissioners approved S.S. Blair and D.H. Hofius to assist DA Hammond at the trial.  Calvin and Banks were for the defense in this case.
