John Douglas profiled this case for DA Skip Madas and appears in one of Douglas’ books. Do not remember perpatrators names but it was two brothers were sentenced to prison along with their sister. The sister has been out for sometime and I am pretty sure one of the brothers has been released.
Charles Soult remains in Huntingdon SCI; Michael is at Waymart (formerly part of Fairview). Michael was released for a short time, but returned to the system.
