Thomas, Raymond: 1970

Raymond Thomas was shot and killed December 4, 1970.  His brother-in-law, William Tyler, age 31, was charged with murder, but the grand jury dismissed the murder charge.  Judge Samuel Jubelirer announced the decision January 11, 1971.  Police said the shooting occurred in an altercation following an argument at Tyler’s home.
